Executive performance check-in
Track Stress. Protect Focus. Notice Patterns.
Log stress, focus, energy, and recovery in under 30 seconds. Review short-term trends and spot patterns before pressure starts driving the day.
Check-In
Log your current working state
A normal check-in should take about 15–30 seconds. Add context only if it helps you recognize the pattern later.
Dashboard
Review the last 7 days
Use short-term trends to notice what tends to tighten pressure, protect focus, or improve recovery.
Last 7 Days
Daily averages on a 1–10 scale.
The chart updates from your account check-ins and shows seven-day averages for stress, focus, energy, and recovery.
No check-ins yet. Save your first check-in to start the chart.
Pattern Notes
Simple observations based on your recent check-ins.
Data Actions
Export or manage your account's dashboard data.
When you are signed in, dashboard check-ins are synchronized with your account. Nothing is cached to this browser's disk unless you turn on "Keep dashboard data available on this trusted device" in your Account panel.
Recent Check-Ins
Most recent entries, newest first.
Executive Resets
Use a short reset when it helps
Lightweight access to a few practical resets. Keep the reset short. Return to the work when the next useful move is clear.
How to Use This Dashboard
- Check in once or twice when useful.
- Add context only if it helps you recognize the pattern later.
- Review 7-day patterns instead of reacting to a single number.
- Use a short reset when pressure is rising or attention is scattering.
- Export your data if you want to review it elsewhere.
Data and Boundaries
- This tool is for educational self-observation and performance awareness.
- It is not a diagnostic tool, medical advice, psychotherapy, or mental-health treatment.
- When signed in, your check-ins sync to your account. By default the app keeps data in memory only while you're using it; persistent on-device caching is off unless you turn it on in the Account panel. Legacy browser data from an earlier version of this app may also be present until you choose to migrate or remove it.
- The dashboard is designed for practical awareness, not obsessive tracking.
